Energy Efficiency
Many of our clients have expressed concern over rising utility costs both in unit rates and Government levies and taxes. In recent years we have seen the level and number of taxes increase. In order to control costs in a rising market, emphasis is now being placed on energy efficiency as a way of controlling costs.
Energy efficiency is an important area, not only from a cost reduction point of view but also from an environmental aspect. We encourage our clients to look at measures that can reduce their energy requirements and reduce energy costs.
We are able to assist our clients in controlling consumption through energy efficiency measures to reduce their exposure and burdens of rising costs. Savings can simply be achieved through a greater understanding of energy usage and a combination of good housekeeping. Savings can also be achieved through relatively non-intrusive methods i.e. Power Factor Correction or Voltage Regulation.
Smart Metering
The use of Smart (AMR) meters are becoming more popular as they accurately measure energy usage and profile it at regular intervals. The data can be retrieved remotely ensuring your bills are accurate rather than based on estimates.
The installation of AMR meters on non hourly supplies is an essential criteria in obtaining financial benefits from the Early Action Metric in the new CRC legislation.

Within the scope of our service we will also provide assistance, information and documentation to ensure that site works for new premises are carried out effectively and efficiently. We will also work together with you on any other energy related matters to ensure that all the utility requirements of the company are catered for.
Meter Operator Agreements
The supervision and management relating to the placement of meter operator contracts will also be covered by an agreement.
Customer Management
Our Agreement is fully inclusive of all aspects of our auditing monitoring and contract tendering process for utility accounts. We also confirm that we will not participate in any overpayments or credits achieved from suppliers from the commencement date of our agreement with you. In other words if we uncover large savings we pass all the benefits back to you.
