Eutility and Professional Energy Services are a global company and provide utility and telecommunication services to clients worldwide, serving over 15,000 locations around the globe.

The reputation of our company relies on our people acting with honesty and with integrity in all their business dealings. As part of this process we carry out continual reviews of our company and the effects of our actions on our business and the environment.

As a company we are also very conscious of our impact in the communities that we operate. We believe our business can make a positive contribution by careful management of our activities and by working with responsible companies and organisations that also advocate social and environmental causes.

We operate in various markets and countries throughout the world and as part of our operation we always respect the national laws and local codes of conduct. All our clients information is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of activities involved within the terms of our agreement.

Environment Issues

As an office based company we have a relatively small impact on the environment. However we are always looking to minimize any possible impact our company may have in relation to the environment.

We as a company believe in recycling as much as possible, which includes: recycling of all paper, toner cartridges and other disposables. In addition the company is a paperless environment. We now use only 10% of the paper used 2 years ago.

This has been achieved through the implementation of new software programmes and the scanning of all documents and invoices, negating the need for large storage areas.

Social Issues

Being a family owned company we believe that we have a responsibility to each member of staff within the organisation, who in turn have a responsibility to our clients and suppliers. All employees are provided with training to be able to carry out their tasks and we have regular meetings in order to discuss grievances and improvements to working conditions and practices. Personnel are chosen according to their ability regardless of race or religion. The company aims to provide its staff with working conditions and environments that enhance their daily tasks. The company also donates to chosen charities annually both locally and nationally.
